negligent homicide. He appeals to this court from an order of the Appellate Division affirming the judgment, contending that
the procedure employed by the trial court in trying him and a co-defendant together before separate juries was unauthorized
and unconstitutional. He identifies no specific prejudice to his case but asserts that the dual jury procedure is inherently
prejudicial and should not be allowed. He also contends the evidence was insufficient to establish his guilt.
